Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND

The client will be entitled to get 100% refund of the rental amount paid by him in the event of cancellation of booking in the following circumstances:

When booking is made two days or more in advance of taking over possession, 100% refund (excluding transaction fee) will be made 24 hours before the time of taking over possession.

Once your refund request is received, your request will be verified. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 weeks

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If no refund is received within the time limited as prescribed above, the client may take the following steps: Contact your credit card company Contact your bank After completing the above two activities, the client may, if necessary, contact us at customer@thebusinesssquare.com.
